If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. If there is an issue with your item, please send us an email within 7 days of receipt of your item and provide us with details.
PLEASE DO NOT RETURN YOUR ITEMS WITHOUT CONTACTING US FIRST. You must have the Return Authorization Number that will be provided from us before returning the items. We will not exchange any returned items without the Return Authorization Number. We will be sending you back the returned items at your own cost.
Your returned item can only be exchanged with the same item.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused/unopened and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
- Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since the delivery of you parcel, unfortunately we cannot consider any returns.
- Shipping costs will be reimbursed if the issue started from us. Otherwise, you will be responsible for all the associated fees.
- Please consider getting a trackable shipping service and/or purchasing an insurance if you are sending items worth $75+. We don’t guarantee that we will received your returned item.
- Once we received your item we will notify you by email. We will then proceed and process the exchange of your item.
